The following instructions will help you start the application process. Simply follow the steps, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to provide you the guidance you need:

Step 1: Depending on the trip type (Mission Trip or People to People Trip) of your interest, click on the appropriate application to download it. Please complete and sign the application.
Step 2: Scan the following documents:
a) Completed & signed application.
b) US Passport. If you are not a US Citizen, scan your US Residence Card or Form I-94 and Passport of your country of origin. (Note: If you don’t have a scan, make a copy)
Step 3: Send via email your completed/signed application and US Passport. If you are not a US Citizen, email us your US Residence Card or Form I-94 and Passport of your country of origin.
(Note: If you are not able to send your documents via email, please mail them to: P.O. Box 546135, Miami, FL 33154)
Step 4: Pay Registration fee of $100.00 (this fee is non-transferable and non-refundable); click on “Ways to Give” to pay for your registration.

Important to keep in mind when registering:
*Passport must be valid for more than 6 months prior to travel dates.
*Notify us if there are any minors traveling without one of both parents (additional documentation will be needed)
*Notify us if there are any Cubans traveling in your group (additional documentation will be needed), such as: Copy of Cuban Passport, Visa and Cuban passport renewals (Porroga).

Things You Should Consider:
*The Cuban Government requires that all travelers show proof of medical insurance. Explore International, in collaboration with Gallagher Charitable International Insurance Services provides reasonable full medical and travel coverage for persons traveling with us. The insurance form is provided on the right side of this webpage, you can complete and sign it and send it along with your other documents.

*Cuban Cell phone Services. U.S. Cell Phones do not work in Cuba! ETECSA, the Cuban national phone company, has roaming agreements with most major international carriers (excluding US carriers). But because we know how important it is to keep in contact with your family and loved ones, Explore International now offers Cuban-Ready cell phone services! We want to facilitate your communications! Contact your Explore International Trip Advisor to learn more about our Cuban-Ready cell phone services.
